About Me
I am an artist specializing in flowers and landscapes.  For my landscapes I usually work from photographs, but I only use ones that I have taken myself.  My favourite place is Newtonmore in Scotland, and I have taken many photographs there - but have not yet had time to paint from more than a few of them.

When it comes to painting or drawing flowers, I put them on the table, with an anglepoise lamp illuminating them, and work for quite a few hours at a time, hoping that they won't open too much whilst I am working on them!
